HRDKorea transfers the expertise and knowledge related to Korea’s HRD especially about the skills competition, by organizing invitation training for foreign participants.
- Target participants : High-level foreign officials, vocational training teachers and managers, competitors/experts of the WorldSkills, etc
- Fields of cooperation : Development of institution, organization, policy, method, guidelines and manuals for holding skills competitions, sharing processes for management of skills competition, invitation of skills experts to observe Korea’s local/national skills competitions, capacity building training for experts and competitors of the recipient countries.

To cope with the difficulties that numerous skilled workers would suffer from teaching and learning the skills, particularly concerned with skills competition during the COVID-19 pandemic era, HRDKorea(WSKorea) is working on developing video contents by skill with the aim to support potential competitors and experts.
